Through personalized learning and the gentle power of animal-assisted interventions, young people are supported in navigating fears, anxieties and life’s challenges – one step, one paw at a time.

Rachael Kumar
Personalized Learning Specialist
Rachael Kumar is a well-travelled educational practitioner whose learning journey has taken her across all seven continents. With this love for exploration, she built her career across Ontario, China, Singapore, Nepal and Botswana.
With a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master’s degree in Leadership, Special Education specialization, ESL qualifications and Guidance and Career Education, she brings a broad and deeply personalized perspective to learning.
Her approach combines strong academic foundations with social-emotional learning, relationship-based teaching and support for emotional regulation. She believes that when children feel safe, understood and connected, they are better able to build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.
